Its the moment of Victory for America and not only for “Obama”. This is the starting date you may want to mark in your Calendar as for all the good changes are about to happen to the world. I am not looking at the vote in America as a choice of their country only, but its a choice of the world. Even if there were to be a voting system made online thru out world wide, I guess this is what will be the result still. A vote for the man which is believed to bring in the change to America and the World. I hope that Malaysia will also learn from this. Changes is definitely needed everywhere. So be prepared to accept the fact that people no longger loves the old tricks…….

Emmm Looks like the man of the match would probably be “OBAMA”. I am not sure about you guys, but I definitely in for Obama’s Win. He is the man that I beleive will bring in the change not only in US but will influence the rest of the world towards a positive move.

The world most awaited day, has finnaly arrived. I am updating this based on every 2 hours if there were to be any latest updates in the voting. For now looks like McCain is leading. Is this what the world wants…..??? lets watch till the end.

Firstly apologies to guys for not been updating the blog for almost 2 weeks. Been carried away with the Raya Leave and also work as well. My personal apology to SLIM and thank you for your feedback. Appreciate that a lot.

Okay guys, let move on. During the holiday and all this Raya Leave one thing that I was so concern about was the PM announcement about his status as PM and UMNO president which will be made by the 9th of October 08. And when I finally got the news I was a bit happy but not to glory because – terlepas dari mulut buaya, l masuk ke mulut harimau pulak…. hope that you guys understand what is that meant.

How much do you think that the assistant of a leader who had failed so badly could help the nation. You are being leaded by someone who had failed terribly and you expect that you could do better that the person who leads you. I still remember a saying “Like father Like Son”.

The other thing that I like to make it clear is that. I have nothing against Pak Lah, because he is a nice man, down to earth, helpful and kind. But unfortunately this is a nice man’s attribute not a Prime Minister’s attribute who leads the nation to a greater height. We need someone who has the power and strength in world interaction, who is more enthusiatic, who is eager and work his best with no corruption – I MEAN ZERO Corruption and not low corruption, we also need someone who had gone thru a tough time who understand the real nation needs, like Nelson Mandela, we also need someone who is being voted by the “RAKYAT” not given away position like take away KFC.

Okay guys there is alot more we need in a Prime Minister the list can go on and on, bottom line we need a PM not a follower. With all the above qualifying attributes who do you  think well deserve to be sitting in the Prime Minister office in Putrajaya.

1) Abdulah Badawi – is fighting to keep his seat

2) Anwar Ibrahim  – trying to take over the goverment

3) Raja Petra – Being sent for 2 Years ISA

4) Hidraf 5 – Still stuck in ISA almost a year

5) PAS – DAP – PKR – working out together for the best of the nation even though there could be some conflict of interest

6) UMNO – issues with dont know who would get the post, since some people dont want to leave the seat and some people against the owner of the seat asking him to let it go and give it to the deputy. So conflict within the team.

7) MEDIA – Have to be extra careful to write up anything – worrying been taken in to the dark ISA Room

RAKYAT – wondering and still pondering on what’s happening to MALAYSIA ??????

BOTTOM LINE – WHERE ARE THESE PEOPLE TAKING US TO ?????

Malaysia is not the only country in the world that is facing this issues, we have countries like United States of America, Pakistan, Thailand, Australia, Egypt and Africa facing the same issues and infact they have moved on and bulding a better nation alltogether. There was a change in the middle of this year in Australia, and followed by USA, Thailand,Pakistan, and soon South Africa President is going to resign as well. 

BUT WHY is it in Malaysia people are not giving way for a change to happen. After 51 years, dont you think it would be good for once giving it to the others and lets see how they can bring a better change since there is so many obstacle and  peolpe dont seems to like you anymore the way how they use to. Why do you have to be so adamant in letting it go ????? Whats in it for you ???? It cant be rakyat – because the majority seems to be changing so it cant be for the good of the rakyat only – so it should be something else……

I really miss my Malaysia which used to be so peaceful and I dont have to get up the next day checking the newspaper seing whats next ?

This is so so Sad…  i am going to stop here for today and will continue on whats happening to Malaysia on the next write. Leaving you in dilema as I am right now.

1.33 tghari: Ketua Polis Pulau Pinang, Datuk Ayub Yaakob ketika dihubungi Malaysiakini berkata, keadaan keseluruhan terkawal. Beliau mengesahkan seorang penyokong Pakatan ditahan pagi tadi kerana melempar objek dan menghalang tugas polis.

Menurutnya, kesesakan juga berlaku kerana faktor manusia yang tidak patuhi undang-undng dan ikut emosi sendiri.

1.30 tghari: Masih terdapat 200 penyokong Pakatan di SK Sri Penanti. Kelihatan 10 trak FRU serta trak meriam air ditempatkan di situ.

1.00 tghari: Menurut Setiausaha SPR, Datuk Kamaruzaman Mohd Noor, setakat jam 12 tengahari, 44.8 peratus pengundi telah membuang undi.

Manakala Timbalan Pengerusi SPR, Datuk Wan Ahmad Wan Omar pula menganggarkan sehingga jam 1 tengahari, peratusnya dijangka meningkat kepada 53 peratus. 

12.10 tghari: Seperti yang diramalkan oleh Jabatan Kaji Cuaca, hujan mulai turun di sekitar Permatang Pauh dan diramalkan juga akan berpanjangan hingga ke malam. 

11.20 pagi: Bilik gerakan SPR di Permatang Pauh ketika dihubungi berkata, hanya Setiausaha SPR, Datuk Kamaruzaman Mohd Noor yang boleh memberitahu peratus pengundian. Kamaruzaman kini sedang meninjau perjalanan proses pengundian.

11.05 pagi: Ejen pengundian PKR, Rodziah Ismail, sahkan nama pengundi dalam kedua-dua versi daftar pengundi di SK Seberang Jaya 2, adalah sama, hanya muka surat yang berbeza.

11.00 pagi: Ramai penyokong BN dan Pakatan di SK Sri Penanti sudah beredar. Hanya tinggal kira-kira 100 penyokong BN dan kira-kira 200 penyokong Pakatan yang masih kelihatan di situ. Anggota polis masih mengawal keadaan di situ.

10.52 pagi Calon Akim, Hanafi Mamat memberitahu Malaysiakini, beliau dalam perjalanan untuk melawat pusat pengundian di Kubang Semang.

Beliau menaruh harapan dan menegaskan, jika kalahpun “mesej kita sudah sampai kepada pengundi dan mereka boleh menilai”. 

10.42 pagi: Ketua Penerangan PKR, Tian Chua sedang berunding dengan pihak polis untuk memberi lebih masa kepada penyokong parti politik beredar.

10.42 pagi: Ketua Polis Pulau Pinang Datuk Ayub Yaakob tiba di tempat kejadian. Selepas berbincang dengan para pegawainya, polis mengarahkan penyokong kedua belah pihak supaya beredar. 

Terdapat kira-kira 1,000 penyokong parti politik di situ, yang terdiri daripada kira-kira 400 penyokong BN dan 600 penyokong Pakatan.

10.30 pagi: seorang penyokong Pakatan ditahan di SK Sri Penanti kerana didakwa melontar objek ke arah penyokong BN.

10.10 pagi: Anwar berkata beliau berharap dapat angkat sumpah di Parlimen esok dan “kita akan masuk Parlimen dengan agenda yang jelas dan mereka (BN) patut bangun dengan menerima realitinya”.

Dalam ucapan ringkasnya selepas membuang undi, Anwar berkata, beliau menerima sokongan kuat penduduk Permatang Pauh.

10.05 pagi: Timbalan Pengarah Pilihanraya PKR, Fauziah Salleh berkata pihaknya sedang menyemak perbezaan muka surat dalam daftar pengundi yang diberi pada PKR dan yang digunakan di saluran dua, SK Seberang Jaya 2.

Katanya, muka surat 8 hingga 21 dalam daftar yang diberikan kepada PKR adalah untuk pengundi saluran dua, tetapi mengikut daftar pemilih yang digunakan oleh SPR pagi ini, bagi pengundi saluran dua adalah muka surat 1 hingga 14.  

10.00 pagi: Anwar dan Dr Wan Azizah beredar selepas kedua-dua mengundi di SK Seri Penanti. Ketika ditemui pemberita, Anwar berkata, ia bukan Anwar lawan calon BN, tetapi melawan seluruh jentera kerajaan. Bagaimanapun, Anwar yakin menang.

9.38 pagi: Anwar tiba di SK Seri Penanti untuk membuang undi. Beliau yang berbaju kameja biru dan bersongkok, bersama isterinya, Datin Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail.

9.31 pagi: Timbalan Perdana Menteri, Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak dan pemangku Presiden Gerakan, Tan Sri Dr Koh Tsu Koon bertembung Setiausaha Agung DAP, Lim Guan Eng dan Lim Kit Siang di pusat pengundian di SK Seberang Jaya 2.

Penyokong Pakatan melaungkan ‘Antantuya, pembohong, penipu’ manakala penyokong BN pula melaungkan ‘Hidup BN’

9.30 pagi. Menurut sumber yang layak dipercayai, 9 daripada 10 pengundi di SK Seri Penanti difahamkan memilih Anwar.

9.10 pagi PKR menghantar ‘alert’ menyatakan senarai daftar pengundi yang digunakan di SMK Seberang Jaya 2, dalam DUN Seberang Jaya 2, berbeza dengan senarai yang diberi oleh Suruhanjaya Pilihanraya (SPR) sebelum ini. Bagaimanapun, difahamkan berlaku perbezaan muka surat dalam daftar pemilih yang digunakan oleh pihak parti dan SPR di pusat pengundian tersebut.

9.05 pagi: Jumlah penyokong Pakatan di SK Seri Penanti, semakin bertambah mencecah kira-kira 700 orang. Manakala penyokong BN pula dianggarkan seramai 300 orang.

8.45 pagi: Kira-kira 30 sedang berbaris untuk mengundi di SK Seri Penanti. Manakala jumlah penyokong BN bertambah kepada kira-kira 250 orang manakala penyokong Pakatan pula meningkatkan kepada kira-kira 300 orang.

Penyokong BN kedengaran melaung liwat, penyokong Pakatan ada kata Altantuya, Ada juga penyokong Pakatan tunjuk wang kertas RM50 ke arah penyokong BN. Ada penyokong Pakatan Tanya BN ‘Tak nyanyi lagu ke’. Penyokong BN jawab ‘liwat’. Bila kenderaan lalu,

8.30 pagi: Terdapat kira-kira 200 penyokong BN dan 200 penyokong Pakatan berada di SK Seri Penanti menunggu ketibaan Anwar. Kedua belah pihak dipisahkan oleh jalanraya dan berada kira-kira 20 meter dari situ. Penyokong PKR melaungkan ‘Reformasi’ manakala di pihak BN, mereka menyanyikan lagi ‘Barisan Kita”. Kelihatan kira-kira 50 anggota polis bertugas mengawal keadaan di situ.

Pengundi dijangka keluar awal untuk mengundi ekoran Jabatan Meteorologi meramalkan hujan dan ribut petir akan berlaku di sebelah petang.

8.15 pagi: Keadaan lalu lintas di sekitar Permatang Pauh terkawal dan kenderaan yang membawa lambang BN dan PKR mundar-mandir mengangkut pengundi.

Seramai 6,000 anggota polis ditugaskan mengawal keadaan keselamatan di Permatang Pauh untuk memastikan proses pengundian berjalan lancar.

8.08 pagi: Calon BN, Datuk Arif Shah merupakan antara orang pertama membuang undi sebaik sahaja pusat pengundian di buka di SK Seberang Jaya 2. Anwar dijadual mengundi jam 9 pagi.

Ketika ditemui pemberita, Arif Shah menyifatkan angka 8 adalah nombor bertuah baginya. Isteri beliau, Datin Latifah Asmawi dan anak sulung mereka, Izwan Shah, turut mengundi di tempat yang sama.

Terdapat kira-kira penyokong kedua belah pihak membawa bendera parti masing-masing Penyokong Pakatan juga kelihatan memakain topeng Anwar dan bersorak antara satu lain.

8 pagi: Sejumlah 110 saluran di 25 pusat mengundi, dibuka kepada 58,459 pengundi membuang undi dalam pilihanraya kecil Parlimen Permatang Pauh. Tujuh daripada 25 pusat mengundi itu terletak di sekolah menengah kebangsaan manakala bakinya terletak di sekolah kebangsaan dan jenis kebangsaan serta dewan orang ramai.

Pilihanraya kecil ini menyaksikan pertandingan tiga penjuru antara calon BN, Datuk Arif Shah Omar Shah 51; calon PKR, Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, 61, dan Hanafi Hamat, 61, dari Angkatan Keadilan Insan Malaysia (Akim).

Ia diadakan berikutan peletakan jawatan anggota parlimennya, Presiden PKR Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail pada 31 Julai lepas bagi memberi laluan kepada suaminya, Anwar bertanding di kawasan itu.

Dalam pilihanraya umum Mac lalu, Dr Wan Azizah menewaskan calon BN, Datuk Pirdaus Ismail dengan majoriti 13,398 undi. Parlimen Permatang Pauh dikuasai PKR sejak pilihanraya umum 1999 dan sebelum itu dimenangi Anwar atas tiket BN sejak 1982.

Anwar mengundi Sekolah Kebangsaan (SK) Seri Penanti manakala Arif Sekolah Kebangsaan (SK) Seberang Jaya 2.

Sad but true that the police had visited the DSAI home today and delivered a letter requesting him to attend the court tomorrow for the sodomised charges.  DSAI would have a press conference at 3:00pm today PKR Tropicana Office.

The latest breaking news. The de-facto PKR leader – Anuar might be arrested again according to one of our internal sources. How bout the Dr’s report that has recently leaked out ? How can this be so contradicting with the recent so called DNA result that the enforce department claiming ?

SEREMBAN, July 30 — Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has hinted that he might be arrested again very soon in connection with sodomy allegations against him which he described as a conspiracy to destroy his political career.

“I heard the news from KL… Who knows maybe I’ll arrested tonight or maybe tomorrow,” he said without elaborating, when addressing a few thousand people at a ceramah in Negri Sembilan late last night.

The Parti Keadilan Rakyat de facto leader spoke for about an hour when addressing the crowd at a Pas service centre in Jempol, about 85km from here.

It is learnt that the police have completed their investigations into the sodomy allegations and will charge Anwar soon.

At the ceramah, Anwar reiterated the points made during his press conference in Kuala Lumpur yesterday that the allegations made by his accuser Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan had no merit, as proven by a leaked medical report that there was no evidence of sodomy on his accuser.

He had asked the authorities to stop the investigation immediately, claiming that they had nothing to charge him with.

Anwar also spent a lot time retelling the mostly rural dwellers about his ordeal when he was arrested by the police as well as when he was at the Kuala Lumpur hospital for his medical examination on July 16.

“The police asked me whether I did it or not (sodomy), and I said, no, no, no, I didn’t do it,” he said, recalling the five-hour questioning by the police on the day he was arrested.

To win the hearts of his local supporters, the former deputy prime minister also said he would announce “in a day or two” his plan to re-enter Parliament (after he was sacked and subsequently jailed in late 1998).

“For now (my decision is) Kulim but who knows, it could be (that I would contest in) Port Dickson or Teluk Kemang (both in Negri Sembilan),” he said with the crowd roaring with laughter.

On Sunday night in Kulim, Kedah, Anwar announced to thousands of his supporters that he had chosen the Kulim Bandar Baharu parliamentary seat for his official political comeback.

There will be a by-election for the constituency if an election court decides on Aug 19 that the result of the March 8 general election is null and void due to the failure of the winner, the PKR’s Zulkifli Noordin, to comply with election laws.
